It appears that Ticketmaster has recently updated their refund policy amid all of the attention on the coronavirus (covid-19). As of April 10th, Ticketmaster's Refund Policy stated, “Refunds are available if your event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled.” However, this is no longer the case.
It appears Ticketmaster is no longer giving refunds to any events that are now labeled 'Postponed' or 'Rescheduled.'
